I don't think that I'm good at vectoring yet because everyone one els can do it much better and faster than me... So I guess all we can do is to practice~

Aww, thanks... but you know, the normal course for graphic making people is starting with grass-and-sky wallpapers, (lol... xDD) then moving to brushes, and after a long while they start seeing vectors~ you're far ahead of your time already, so there's no need to rush~ >u<

read any of those manga Though i usually color the picture of a chapter introduction/page ~
There are other colorist so i dont color all of the manga. And usually
the manga that the group do are non famous manga. One that never been publish in english or have an anime of it.
Those kind that can only be found in japan ~ example Moe Kare. This SITE list the manga that the group scanlate.
But beware im not sure how many but i do know there's a manga that contain smut ~
